Proxy Votes

If you cannot attend the SGM and or AGM but wish to complete a proxy for each, please complete the Proxy forms attached for each respective meeting, and click here to complete the RSVP form where you can submit your proxies. All Proxy’s must be uploaded through the online form prior to May 21, 2023. Please note that the Proxies must be completed in full and include signatures by both parties listed on the Proxy.

Using Zoom

You do not need a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting or webinar. However, you will be prompted to download the software. You can download it beforehand from Zoom’s Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link.

Joining the SGM and AGM

When you complete the RSVP form you will receive an email with the links to register for each meeting through zoom. Once you have done so, you will receive an email with the link to attend both the Special General Meeting as well as the Annual General Meeting.

Once you receive an email invitation, click the Join Zoom Meeting link in your email invitation. Enter the meeting ID number and your display name.

Please ensure your Display Name is your Full Legal Name for the Determination of a Quorum and for the official record of moving, seconding and casting of votes.

The meeting will be Closed (no new users can join) after 7:10 pm.

Please see attached the AGM Package, 2022 AGM Minutes for Review and a copy of the Audited Financial Statements for the previous year's fiscal budget.

We have the following positions open for the 2023-2024 Board of Directors. Should you be interested in joining the board please send an email stating the position that you would like to run for, along with your name, email and cell phone number. Please send this to Scott Robson – president@bvhs.ca and to Trevor Morgan – mho@bvhs.ca.
