There are no Grievances in the U7 Age Category.

U7 Learn To Play Program

At Bow Valley, we start off each U7 season with the Learn to Play Program. This unique program provides the opportunity for 1st-year players to gain some experience through four on-ice sessions that are conducted by Sr. Coaches. These sessions provide 1st-year players with an insight into what U7 hockey is all about. During each ice session, 1st-year coaches are mentored by Sr. Coaches as well as Bow Valley Mentors. This helps Bow Valley ensure that our 1st-year coaches have the confidence and skill set to successfully coach a U7 team. Prior to the first ice time, BVHS holds a coaches meeting where coaches are provided with some learning resources as well as given the practice plans for the four ice sessions. For the Learn to Play Ice sessions the Jr. and Sr. U7 players are split into equal groupings consisting of Jr. and Sr. U7 players. The Learn to Play Program focuses on the FUNdamentals in a fun and inviting environment.
