For the U9 - U18 Age Groups we use Fusion Sports Lasers and put the players through a variety of Standard Skills Testing Drills.

Players are then Grouped for Session # 2 - Cascades based off their timed drill scores.  The players scores are totaled and players are then ranked from top to bottom for each respective age group.

The U7 Age Group is put through timed drills so that we can ensure we follow the Hockey Calgary U7 Operations Manual to ensure we have an equal number of needs work, average and strong players on each team.
